Hi Andy,

sorry didn’t mean to be unkind, but it is helpfull to list requests as :

  • Appliance type (Furnace, AC, HP)
  • Make
  • Model #
  • Serial #
    This just speeds up the process, as Prestons breaks down appliances by type first.
