Join us in Phoenix to:- Draft a price or proposal for the mock inspection that reflects the real cost of showing up, completing the inspection, writing the report—and getting paid well for it.
- Inspect building systems while learning how they operate and assessing their condition, including the:
- Roof, along with the cooling tower and chiller installed on it
- Exterior walls, façade, and fenestration
- Parking garage, site drainage, and topography
- Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing rooms
- Fire riser room and life safety features throughout the property
- Building structure
- Inspect various areas, including service bays, warehouse areas, a mezzanine with a deli, and common areas
- Gain insights into the building’s construction, systems, and common issues provided by the building engineer and operations managers
- Collaborate with property managers and operations personnel to supplement your walk-through and understanding of the building
