Highlights from Day 1:
- Inspected the roof, featuring a ballasted surface and a cooling tower serving heat pumps on each floor.
- Received an in-depth overview from SME Robert Burr on parking garage structures and visible deficiencies to look for.
- Inspected the vacant penthouse floor for overall condition, fire and life safety, mechanical equipment, electrical distribution equipment, and more.
