This is a new one for me, hopefully some one can point me in the rite direction. Had a heat pump yesturday that appeared to be a arcoaire, about 14 yrs old, of course all the tags were gone and couldn’t find any numbers. When I got to the air exchanger what I found as back up heat was a coil fed by the hot water heater with a return to the cold side. Can not seem to find any info anywhere. Any help would be great, hopefully the pictures will come out.

Rob, rename your pictures with no space in between heat pump. Also, take out the letters “img” & brackets on both sides.

Hi Rob & welcome to the forum, it’s really great to see more members getting involved.

I am not much help on this one as it’s not a system we see here in the North East, but here is a link to the manufacturers web site…

http://www.arcoaire.com/

You may b able to trawl through the heat pump catalogue until you find the model that you want.
Unfortunatley your pictures did not come out properly, I can open the first one by copying the URL without the [img] on the ends, I think if you edit your post to put a space in between the img brackets and the url that should fix that one, the problem with the second one is the space between "pump" and "1".

Hope this helps

Gerry

Hey Guys.

Thanks for the help, I’ll play with the photos so that it just shows the address to go to. I tried but it keeps going back to the main page.
