Now Hiring: Spanish-Speaking Home Inspector
Location: Arizona (Phoenix Valley Area) | Contractor Position
At Premier Inspector Group, we are looking for driven, entrepreneurial-minded professionals to join our growing team. We provide residential and commercial property inspections, along with mold and air quality testing, helping real estate professionals and homebuyers make informed decisions with confidence.
This contractor position offers full autonomy over your schedule, making it ideal for a self-motivated, business-oriented inspector who wants to take charge of their income and professional growth. Workload will fluctuate based on demand, allowing you the flexibility to scale your availability accordingly.
Our ideal candidate has at least one year of home inspection experience, holds an active Arizona Home Inspection License issued by the BTR, and is either already InterNACHI certified or willing to become certified.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct residential and commercial property inspections, as well as sewer and mold/air quality testing
- Ensure all inspections meet Premier Inspector Group’s QA/QC standards
- Clearly communicate findings in both English and Spanish, ensuring clients fully understand their reports
- Maintain a calm, solution-focused approach while educating clients about inspection findings

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Required
- Active Arizona Home Inspection License issued by the BTR – Required
- InterNACHI Certification (or willingness to complete certification during training)
- One or more years of experience in home inspections
