Job Qualifications:
- Have an active TN Home Inspector’s License
- Have reliable transportation, a TN driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Have your own tools to perform inspections
- Have good customer service skills and a desire to help others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, enter crawl spaces and attics, walk on roofs and lift items up to 50 lbs.
