We are presently interviewing for Home Inspector positions to cover increased business in a few areas & we are also opening new markets.
Pay = Piece Rate (you will get paid per inspection, not per hour) WE WILL KEEP YOU BUSY
Compensation = in-line with the type of inspection, size & age of the home, etc. AGGRESSIVE PAY PLAN
MUST have a FL Home Inspector’s License
New to the industry? We will train you.
Experienced inspectors, contractors, & construction workers are welcome to apply.
Spanish speaking is a plus (but not required).
MUST be fluent in English (speaking, reading, & writing).
The duties of a Home Inspector include:
Maintain a dependable work vehicle & reliable inspection tools.
Conduct home, condo, town home, & mobile home inspections.
Conduct 4 Point & Wind Mitigation inspections when required.
Conduct specialty, ancillary, &/or other custom home inspections to meet the clients’ requests.
Periodic collection & handling of air / water samples for observation or processing at the lab.
Completion and submission of inspection reports.
Periodic visits to the offices of Realtors and other referral sources.
Periodic attendance at community / industry social & networking events, trade shows, etc.
Any & all other tasks required to complete the job effectively.
Requirements:
FL Home Inspector License.
Total commitment to customer satisfaction.
Highest levels of professionalism & customer courtesy.
Criminal background check.
Drug screening.
Dependable transportation.
Reliable tools.
Effective communication skills – ability to accurately convey your findings.
Computer proficiency – ability to complete & submit inspection reports quickly & properly.
Ability to safely & effectively inspect roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and other restrictive areas.
