Must be an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector or have similar inspection/trade experience

Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using software and mobile apps.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Prior experience or education in home inspection or related fields is advantageous.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
