I received my brochures from Homeinspectorbrouchure.com today which I won in the sweepstakes (thank you Nick) I have to say a big thank you to them as there was a mistake with the web site address on the front cover(don’t tell anyone but it was my fault) Even though I did not pay for the brochures which are very nice the owner was very helpful and sorted the problem out for me.
Anyone who does not have a brochure I would recommend that you give them a look.
Carl,
Can you post a copy of your brochure so that we can have a look at their work?
Carl,
We would like to see your brochure…
WRONG LINK you added a “U” in the word “brochure”
It’s www.homeinspectorbrochure.com
$149.00 for 1000 brochures???
I get mine printed locally and I paid $1100.00 for 10,000.
I tried to get brochures from them and after several emails back and forth there was no more response, never a proof to even look at, nothing, oh well their loss, they were pretty pricey anyway, and to get the free business cards you have to have their advertising on back that says “free business cards by…” thought that was tacky
Just got 1000 brochures, completely custom (No canned sections) for $160.00 including shipping.
Thanks for the info Jeff!
I got my 1000 brochures from them also for $149.00 + shipping. Total came to $189.00. They are great looking brochures for the price. I had a quote for the same type and style for $1200.00 for 500. So in the long run they will have my business. Yes the ad on the back of the cards seemed a little tacky. But I have been seeing more and more Realtors cards with this type of information on the back also. Email is a little slow, but in the end they do get it done.
I’m with Jeffery. I get mine from vistaprint and you get reduced offers all of the time after you make a purchase. I just got 250 for $50 because I placed an order for some business cards. They do all of my printing: Custom Thank You Cards, Brochures, Business Cards, Post Cards (both sizes), ect.
Vistaprint is by far the cheapest, custom printer I have found.
I print my own
You have an offset Gary? Can I borrow it for a few runs?
I get at least one email from VistaPrint per day, sometimes two. If you call there customer service phone number you get someone in India whose English is not the best. I’m from Jersey so mine is a little rough.
They could not print & fold my brochures that I had custom designed by my Graphic Designer son. They only do one kind of fold. I did get cards but watch what paper stock they use.
They do have good deals on there stock items but also watch the shipping and handling charges. I will use them again.
I have 8 or 9 boxes of 500 business cards that I have gotten from VistaPrint and I still haven’t spent 30 dollars. These are high quality, glossy front, custom made cards. You get to pick out your design and do it yourself online. I get free boxes of stuff from them all the time. Good quality, great prices and lots of choices.
They have alot of offers for free right now.
Hello everyone. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Rob Marriott and I am now in charge of customer support at www.HomeInspectorBrochure.com I would like to start by apologizing to Michael Saxton for his bad experience on our site. Michael, if you would like to email me I would be happy to offer you discounts for your inconvenience. We launched HomeInspectorBrochure.com a few months ago and I must admit we had some bugs with the site and we were using a call center to handle our customer support. We have since fixed our glitches and realized the hard way that the customer service needed to be handled 100% internally.
I want to assure everyone that it is our intention to offer home inspectors top quality brochures at the lowest price available. It is true that Vista print sometimes has specials i.e. very low priced brochures but their regular price is $340 for 1000 brochures. I do not want to bash competitors on here so the only other thing I will say about Vista Print is that they are a huge company with $600+ million in revenues and they have these specials to collect emails for future marketing purposes.
Our price is $149 + $40 shipping and handling for 1000 brochures. We try to make the ordering process as easy as possible. We have three Home Inspector Brochure designs to choose from and we also have pre written text you can choose from if you do not want to write your own copy. If anyone has any suggestions at all on how we can make our site or product better for NACHI members please let me know. It truly is my intention to offer the best quality, customer service and price.
Once again I would like to apologize to Michael and anyone who may have had a bad experience while we worked out kinks. Nick Gromicko and the people at NACHI have been great to us and I want to make sure all members are 110% satisfied. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Why so expensive?
Are they gold lined brochures?
I feel that’s pretty cheap compared to local printers around here including staples at between $1.49 and $1.89 **per brochure ! **And that’s even if you supply the design, literature, layout, etc.
Just my two bits.
I print my own and have received many compliments on how nice and professional they look. I don’t recommend this to everyone though. You sure don’t want them looking “cheap”
$149 is the opposite of expensive. Our brochures are 8.5 x 11, folded, full color on both sides and the highest quality 100 lb. gloss text. We are not talking about photo copying. This is professional printing. We also provide the design and copy. I strongly encourage everyone to check with your local printers and designers and get a quote on designing and printing a 2 sided tri-fold brochure on 100lbs gloss text. Our price is a fraction of what you would paid at your local printer. Please share your findings on here.
My local printer designed and printed mine.
8.5 x 13.5 folded with four panels, full color on both sides and very high quality gloss text with pictures. I’m not sure about the quality of the material, but it’s thick and glossy (almost like thin cardboard).
I paid $1100.00 for 10,000.
