What are some of the better home inspection schools? Any on-line courses that you would recommend? Any study at home courses that you would recommend? I live in the Atlanta area and am interested in taking something. Any help would be appreciated.

I think NACHI/ASHI member Mike Rose teaches a home inspection course in Atlanta. Good guy.

His contact info can be found under "featured insepctors" section of www.nachi.org. His web-site is http://www.cornerstonehomeinspect.com

Anyway, he is a full ASHI member and a NACHI member too so he's probably not 1/2 bad. Just kidding Mike.

Well, after alot of research, I have chosen Building Specs Inc in Stevensville Maryland. I havent gone yet, classes start on June 2-6. They did send me the manual, and it looks well put together. Other courses I may have chosen were, AHIT, ITA, or Inspection Depot. I choose Building Specs because 1- Price 2-they seem to skip all the un-neccasary stuff I already feel comfortable with.
