I personally received a HIP logo tattoo on my forearm, and have deleated all other programs off my computer other than HIP and Windows. I also Say the pledge of allegiance to the website www.homeinspectorpro.com every morning.
No seriously, I choose HIP, and from time to time receive first class service at no extra charge. (yes even for things that I screwed up)

The only negative reviews i see are for HG , that makes you pay constant fees.
