We had a lot of fun at the House of Horrors III in Bloomsburg, PA, this past week during our Introduction to Commercial Property Inspections 3-Day Class.
Students learned about the business practices imperative to becoming a successful commercial property inspector, in addition to lectures about inspecting the roof, plumbing, HVAC, exterior, life safety elements, and cooking areas. Students also performed a mock inspection with Rob Claus and Larry Frace of the training facility.
