The hot water heater used for this exercise was a GE, serial Number 0511B33657. The heater manufactured date was 05/2011. The size of the water heater is 40 gallons. There were noted shut off valves and a Temperature pressure relief valve present. The overflow pipe was installed and was within 6 inches of the floor. There were no visable leaks.
