George Wells is a great man in my opinion too. I have spoke with George many times over the past 4 and 1/2 years regarding writing better home inspection reports, as well as making money and we rambled on for a good 2 hours one day on how we inspect different parts of a property. I have learned a lot from George Wells. I am a Vanguard user, and I have nothing but respect for the man. Nick Gromicko, I too have nothing but good things to say about you.
