Scott I agree, I asked on the forum the other day ago what tools I would need to get if I wanted to do mold inspections because my father did mold inspections and he passed away a couple months ago so I wanted to carry on the tradition…This is what Douglas Wall wrote…**"*****This is great, just printed it and posted it on our bulletin board in our office. IAC2.org has the most restrictive entrance requirements.

AC2 Certified inspectors have fulfilled the following minimum requirements:

1. IAC2 Certified inspectors are all members in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) which is the largest inspection association in the world with strict membership requirements.
2. IAC2 Certified inspectors have all completed at least one additional 8 hour approved indoor air inspection-related course.

And to be an member in good standing with InterNACHI is very impressive. what it takes to be an InterNACHI inspector.

It’s not just an 8-hour course, but a ton of experience and education.

I beleive the Radon course is 12 hrs, Greg. I would think your ok.
