I might be the only MAGA in America who votes for her wearing my MAGA cap. If she gets what she is proposing, hedge funds have to put all their single-family homes back on the market. That increases inventory, which also decreases the price of homes everywhere, simultaneously. Then she’s proposing a $50,000 tax credit for small businesses like home inspection companies. And a $25,000 subsidy for first-time home buyers. All of that is really good for the inspection industry.
Then on top of that, everything else she is proposing is super inflationary. And that is good for me personally, and my PM escrow business in particular.
I can’t believe I’m actually thinking about voting for Kamala.
