I think it’s a pretty good buy at $30.90.
With incomes growing much slower than inflation, and inflation not going to end (we still have negative real interest rates), Americans are going to have to start side businesses to make ends meet.
In all fairness, just about everything went up today. Even Porch made it back to a dollar, lol.
Well, 18% in one day is pretty amazing for Fortune 500 company. When do we buy Porch again?
Yes, 18% is not bad. Not bad at all, lol. My best performer today was ILPT (a property REIT), at 13.5%.
I won’t buy Porch. I don’t like their excursions into the inspection industry. I wish NACHI was a publicly traded company. I’d buy it.

It’s also up 18% the very day after I said it was a good buy. And I don’t often recommend individual stocks. Porch would have to go to 30 cents for me to be interested in day trading them.
Good call. I’ll keep an eye on it. I don’t know anything about them yet. Gotta do some due diligence, lol.
I wanted to ask little one question on the investor’s call, but Porch wouldn’t let me ask any questions. What’s that say?

I thought I read on one of your previous posts that they didn’t allow any questions from anybody. Maybe I misunderstood though. I haven’t had a chance to listen to the call yet but will for sure this weekend.
Regardless, in my experience, the questions companies allow usually come from institutional holders. They probably screen out individual investors for the most part unless you are a major holder.
They let about 5 or 6 investors ask questions, but not me and their QA chat box was closed.

Me too. We have so many sister operations within the inspection industry, that we could put them all under one management company and take it public. We’ve become a conglomerate: Our House of Horror’s training facilities, our University, our print services department, Inspection Museum, our Elite E&O insurance company, the “We’ll Buy Your Home Back” Guarantee, BizVelop, Inspector Outlet, TPREIA, CCPIA, the Master Inspector Certification Board (CMI®), IREP, our Scholarship Fund, the Contactor’s Association, IAC2, Cozy Coats for Kids, Inspector Media, etc. It’s approaching a $40 million dollar/year operation.
