I am doing an Inspection on a house that has been moved to it’s current location. Does anyone have a limitation comment for this type of home? I located some photos of the original house and it was rough. Any suggestions on a good limitation comment?
There was just a similar thread within the last couple weeks so you might search a bit and you may find some info. Basically, it’s like any other inspection. Utilities to/from the new location will be new. As will the foundation (assuming it has one). Everything else could be from the original house.

You haven’t even been there yet and You are looking for limitation comments…why don’t You do Your inspection and then see what You need to limit Your inspection findings on???
