I searched for inspectors in Knoxville and I didn’t get a list of the most experienced or top-rated inspectors in town. I got one result, a guy who was my student last year.
How do you determine who you choose to promote in each town?
Is this a pay-to play site?

I just checked by my State, (NJ), then city, (South River), this list shows there are no inspectors in my area.
