First, it is Dan icon_biggrin.gif . And it is not a house. But we did have to do an inspection of it recently. And it costs about $600,000.

I would search the forums for suggested tools and such. Each person has their own ideas. You will have to decide what you need. As for reporting systems, I would look araound at what suits your needs and budget. I am a satisfied reporthost user. But every individual has their own tastes. Check out reporthost. It includes 30 free, so no real risk.

Dan,

How long have you been using Report Host, and why did you choose it?

I know, thread drift. Get over it ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)

LMAO, it’s ok, I started the thread just for fun anyhow, it wasn’t that serious a topic.

I started using it 6 months or so ago. Good customer service with them. I have made suggestions and saw system wide changes in days! I chose it because I was on a limited budget and wanted something that was professional, but not all upfront cost.
