You should plan an event in The Villages. The average Villager moves 3 times and The Villages is adding thousands of homes annually. I think we’re up to 160k residents, it’s really hard to say because they don’t advertise the number frequently. They admitted to 140k a few years ago and have built thousands of homes since.
Besides, where else can you drive 100+ miles on a golf cart and not be on the same path?
We get politicians, authors, business people, bands and with 117+ recreation centers, 4 squares with nightly entertainment, there’s always something going on and people to talk to. I met Matt Gaetz a couple months back as he had a talk here.
There’s also quite a few inspectors here, many Nachi, some not, I should know, I compete with them
