Yeah, Ive gotten several of these, all with different amounts. Everyone knows the IRS does not use an email to notify anyone about anything. Besides, they are not in the habit of giving money back. IRS has done a poor job of letting the public know about this scam and they do know about it.

Damn, I was so counting on that $32,000 they said I was getting back.
