This is actually a good course that even those who believe they know the subject matter should also take.

Shouldn’t that say the difference between manufactured homes and modular homes?

Mobile homes are older. I think from about 1976 and on, HUD referred to them as manufactured homes. Not sure though so i am going to take this course.
