I’m a new inspector and I got my first inspection Friday. The home is a manufactured home. Besides the usually systems, what other items should I be looking for such as …tie downs, foundation etc. Inspection is this Wednesday

Hi Dave, have you taken internachi’s how to inspect mobile and manufactured homes course yet? If not that might be a good idea.
Ditto on the Nachi training.
Definitely take the course and make sure you turn up on the right day, Wednesday or Friday? Use the emergency forum if you get stuck on anything during the inspection.

If you didn’t find moisture damage at the floor areas below windows and doors, go back and look again, because you missed it.
Be sure it’s a manufactured (mobile home) and not a modular home. Modular homes are often incorrectly listed as manufactured homes.
