4 ton unit. Single phase.

Thinking the same based off the model #. “18” divided by 12 = 1.5.

As a past HVAC manufacturers rep and HVAC contractor Junior is right / 4 ton AND thats readily verifiable many places online. The HS18 was the series / NOT the size
