I think everyone here would agree, you are more then welcome to post. In fact, with your background in plumbing you would be a huge benefit to providing our members some of your opinions icon_biggrin.gif

And we get some good laughs out of some of the things we see in our daily lives too!

Oh, I love the second picture. Someone goes to the trouble

running up through the floor in the same location make me

think that’s a whirlpool tub above. Am I right Richard icon_question.gif

The joist cannot be notched that much, or in that area. It's
gotta go also

You are correct it is a whirl pool tub.Was sent there becouse they thought they had a leak under tub. The kit sink drain was from the same house. This house is only two streets over from AL Gore. You would think they could afford a better handy man than the one they were using in this neighborhood.

Wow, it never ceases to amaze me the things people will do.

I find it hard to believe the manufacturer of the tub didn’t

require it be grounded in the installation instructions. Wiring

it up like that with cord, they probably didn’t even get

the polarity correct. icon_rolleyes.gif

I hope Joe Tedesco is reading this thread. That picture there
would fit well in his archives of "how not to wire a whirlpool tub".

You mean we’re supposed to wire or whirlpool tubs? That explains why mine doesn’t work.
