Must have been an old Navy guy.

Don’t laugh too hard when you see this one.

The Seller actually used a propane torch to put a bend into this PVC. Not only that..I'll let the picture tell the rest of the story.

craftsmanship I don’t get to see every day. Seen a few ridiculous things done with plastic pipe, but that one may take the cake. Had the home seller been present, and had it been my inspection, I’m thinking it’d be tempting to say to him (or her), “you know, you should have been a plumber…”

Seller, by the way, was proud that "I did all the work myself." Frightening.

Love the first one Russel. Seems like they deserve some kinda credit for the labeling. Safety, on the other hand…

I guess you could say about your first pic, Russel, that the homeowner was “pretty well organized, but in your opinion, just had a few screws loose?”

Plumbing is just his hobby. He’s an electrician by trade. By the way, the thick white cable hanging free feeds a 60 amp subpanel. Nice insulation job too.

or, for that matter, an electrician or insulation specialist. I assume there’s a heated space beyond that wall? RF booster for the cable T.V. install looks pretty good, though.

Yep, I’ll give him that - the house had excellent reception throughout.
