What is “consistent work”? How often.

What is the pay split?

Other than typical office duties what else is included with “Full office support”?

Do you pay for E&O on all inspections the Inspector completes for your company?

Does the Inspector have to come equipped with all their own tools, test equipment, etc.?

If you use a software package for report writing do you provide that and the templates you require to be used?

Hi Emmanuel, I apologize that I didn’t respond to you. For some reason, I am not getting email notifications for your comments.

Are you interested in taking on some inspections in Knoxville?

Consistent work = daily inspections

Pay split would be determined after chatting with the inspector and determining experience. Currently, all of the inspectors that inspect for our clients are at 50%.

Full office support means the inspector’s responsibilities are limited to conducting the inspection, completing the report, and communicating with the client when necessary. All scheduling, coordination, and issue management are handled by our office. We communicate with all parties involved and ensure inspectors arrive fully informed of the property details and any relevant circumstances prior to the inspection.

Because this is a 1099 contractor position, inspectors are required to carry their own Errors & Omissions insurance. Each inspector maintains their own policy and provides a certificate of insurance before completing inspections for our company. E&O coverage is not provided by our company for subcontracted inspections.

Yes, the inspector should have their own tools, laptop.

We generally do provide the report writing software.

I would be happy to come to Knoxville for inspections. Tennessee is a beautiful State with lots to do between inspections. I can fish, camp, see the Great Smoky Mountains (I love mountains), and whole lots of other stuff.

Do you pay for travel and expenses? I live in the Dallas, Texas area. No mountains here!
