Who are you, and why should we take our valuable time for someone barely one month in the Industry??

I am new to the home inspection industry but have been in property management for over 25 years and have been a Real Estate agent for several years. I think having a podcast is a great way to learn from people who have been in the industry and provide value for whoever listens. Again the post is for anyone “interested” not someone worried about how long I’ve been an inspector…everyone had to start somewhere.

What kind of topics are you looking to cover? There is a massive issue with improper roof installations in at least seven different counties that I have documented in SWFL.

I’m also willing to be interviewed. I can talk about economics, inflation, precious metals, business success, commercial inspections, managing multiple businesses, and finding an eastern European lover… lol.
