LVL Bearing Wall Removal Options

Here are three common methods to locating a LVL beam for a bearing wall removal:
Note: Depending on the ceiling rafter tension additional tie straps may be needed. Also the bottom option may have different joist hangers depending on the vertical load. In addition the joist hangers alternate front to back to prevent twisting the LVL beam.
