Am I to believe that the State of PA is that dumb? That this non-owner would agree to speak on behalf of a firm that he had no part in?
As I understand the article, the issue is regarding work done prior to 1998 - which could have been done when Mr. Gromicho DID own the company, right?

Yes, they are called “witnesses”. You need to get out more. There are many cases of mistaken identity, false arrests and end up in courts. By definition an acquittal is very often based on the facts that someone was falsely accused. You sound like you are going to believe what you want to in spite of any and all facts presented and conflicting dates, time lines, and even court documents/records. Skulking around bulletine boards making half baked accusations and thinly supported innuendos is pathetic. It makes one appear desperate and petty.
