It’s been just enough years and I was young enough that I didn’t remember how dominant Tyson was. I didn’t remember/realize how young he was when he started really dominating.
I have to go with him for the upcoming fight… even at his age.
Jake Paul is pumped on steroids and ambition. But nothing good can come from this for him. If Paul wins, fans won’t be impressed that he beat an old man (who the fans adore). If Paul loses, he just lost to an old man who humbled him like a street corner punk wannabe.
Also, Jake Paul’s footwork? I am no expert but I think Tyson will move right in on that.
A few days ago I got Tyson at +220 so I threw down $100 for fun. The odds have since moved to Tyson +170 so apparently I wasn’t alone. I think it’s too easy for an internet hit to not realize the gap between them and GOAT (or one of, anyway).
Even at his age I think Tyson will knock Paul’s head off. Of course, this is an unprecedented thing and a big unknown so I well may be wrong. It’s really kind of a coin toss and I would have thrown money on whichever side got the better odds.
If Jake makes one mistake, early… Tyson is going to knock him out BEFORE TYSON EVEN REALIZES IT. That’s what years of training does. It allows you to attack openings without any forethought.

Just watched the fight between Paul & Diaz from a year ago, Tyson will knock him out 1st or 2nd round.
