I do not know of one for 7.5ft


But R304 has minimum room size and R305 is ceiling height.

2003 IRC section R305.1 requires a minimum of 7 feet for habitable rooms, hallways, corridors, bathrooms, toilet rooms, laundry rooms, and basements. This requirement applies to kitchens. Their are four exceptions, one of which addresses sloped ceilings.
