(for the record, based on this type of standard, I think France’s ban on the Burkini is definitely a hate crime due to racism and Islamaphobia.)
On Wednesday, her attorney Nabil Boudi, said they had filed a criminal complaint over alleged “acts of cyber-harassment” to the Paris public prosecutor’s office on Friday.
That “ensures that the prosecution has all the latitude to be able to investigate against all people”, including those who may have written hateful messages under pseudonyms, Boudi said.

IBA chief executive Chris Roberts said he could not disclose the results of the gender eligibility tests, but that the pair’s disqualification from the 2023 women’s World Championships meant the public could “read between the lines”.
“The results of the chromosome tests demonstrated both boxers were ineligible,” Roberts told a chaotic press conference … dominated by the IBA’s Russian president’s lengthy rants.

Well today, Imane’s long-time sparring partner Joana Nwamerue admitted that Imane is a man.

So, if a person has an opinion derived from published information, it is ‘hate?’ See how they do this? If you disagree, then you hate. If you disagree, then you are transphobic. If you disagree, you may be criminally liable.
The wave of hate against the boxer was fueled after it came to light that the IBA barred her from competing at the 2023 World Championships. They claimed that she failed a gender eligibility test and that her samples returned an XY (male) chromosomal pairing.
But interestingly, there is much truth to the IBC’s claim, so much so that she had to have treatment.
Khelif’s trainer, George Cazorla, told French magazine Le Point, that after her 2023 World Championships disqualification, he contacted Kremlin-Bicêtre, a renowned endocrinologist from the Parisian University Hospital. “He confirmed that Imane is indeed a woman, despite her karyotype and her testosterone level. He said: ‘There is a problem with her hormones, with her chromosomes, but she is a woman,'” Cazorla mentioned before sharing the recent findings.
“We then worked with a doctor based in Algeria to monitor and regulate Imane’s testosterone level, which is currently within the female norm. Tests clearly show that all her muscular and other qualities have been diminishing since then,” Cazorla added. However, it is to be noted that despite Cazorla’s update no immediate test reports were shared publicly.
The ‘woke’ left can not refute the truth. No one can, instead they resort to name calling and bullying to intimidate and accomplish their goals under the guise of “moral superiority.”
“What are their goals?” you ask. One is to create division and discontent within needed functioning societal frameworks. The biological family is big on their “hit” list. Belief in God is in there too. Towards this end they will try to blur the lines between men and women and seem to have achieved some success. If you want the full list read the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx. The end goal is always power. They want power over the economy, energy, education and what you can do, say or believe.
The only cure for this assault on personal freedoms is outright and total rejection at every level that it is encountered. In speech thought and deed!
