I’m with you on that with one exception. I’ll be happy to write additional reports or letters or engage in oral consultations…for a fee. I don’t work for free. My report is my product. Exception: straight forward questions from my client or their agent.
I agree with Joe. Our market share has grown significantly due to our effort to be an educator and commitment to outstanding customer service. The little time it takes in the office to clarify a situation pays dividends in the future. I want to thank all of you for your help! This type of collaboration is extremely beneficial.
