I do not think suing would be the right remedy IF fault was established. Taking the proper procedural legal steps through Bar would be a more ideal remedy to insure lazy or troublesome attorneys don’t take shortcuts drafting pleadings or any other pulmonary proceedings. Jurisprudence is required.
