Very nicely done! I like the use of popups instead of using the same browser and going to the new page. It is faster and easier to navigate a site that way.
Only one item, the "Contacts" page was a little hard on the eyes. Maybe a little less use of color or softer colors.

Very clean and professional looking. The choice of colors is excellent too. A couple of items have very small lettering so it is harder for some of the older crowd to read. I think whoever you got to built it did a very good job. The photos really help send the message home without over doing it. Very nice.

My brother designed it. He's a teacher in the San Jose area, and he designs web sites on the side.
Thanks for the input guys, I agree with all that has been said. Keep it coming if you got more. 
The pop ups were my brother's idea for exactly the ease of navigation. Glad to here that.
