No Need To Be Present:

As previously announced (http://www.nachi.org/memorabilia.htm), the NACHI Foundation is holding a charity fundraiser in the Baltimore area. We have now decided to pen this event to all in the NACHI family, without the need to travel!

In the next few days, a list of items up for auction will be announced here. We will accept bids via email on the items. Bidders online will send their minimum and maximum bids and increments that they would like the bid increased. A NACHI Foundation volunteer will place your bids on the items the night of the auction and will raise you bids for you up to your max bid. If you are the highest bidder, payment will be due within 2 days. Credit Cards accepted via paypal. No bids will be disclosed to anyone other than Foundation volunteers.

In addition, we will also announce three autographed memorabilia items up for raffle shortly. Chances will be $5 each and 6 for $25. The first number drawn will win the top prize and so forth.

Stay tuned.............

Auction will go as follows:

* Min and Max bids required via email
* Must include increments you want to raise in case of other bidders going above your minimum
* Must include telephone number that you will be available at on October 8th in the afternoon
* Payment must be made via paypal(credit cards accepted) within 48 hours of close of auction
* $15 shipping will be added to bid (keep in mind with max bid. ex Max bid of $200 would be $215 with shipping)
* In event of more than one max bid being same, first recieved will be posted as bid
* Bids will NOT be posted onto the items until the night of auction, therefore bidders may not know if any bids are higher, therefor we urge you to carefully consider your max bid and increments to increase your chances.

Raffle will go as follows

* email must include name, address, phone number, email, and number of chances ($5 each or 6 for $25)
* All raffle chances MUST be paid in FULL the BEFORE October 6th, 2004.

* Three winning tickets will be drawn between 9pm and 10pm on October 6th, 2004.
*Odds depend on number of entries

The first item to be drawn for will be an Autographed Photo of Baltimore Raven’s All-Pro Linebacker Ray Lewis. The photo has been graciously donated by The Ray Lewis Foundation.

Two more items will be announce shortly.

For your chance to win, send an email with name, address, email, phone, and number of chances to dan@nachifoundation.org. The email will hold your tickets. Once a reply is received indicating total, payment can be made via www.nachifoundation.org.

Once again, chances are $5 each or 6 for $25

Good luck. This would look great hanging on your office wall, and ALL money goes to support charity.

Polite bump. Plenty of raffle tickets still up. The Ravens mascots will also be on hand at the auction, so if you live in the area, bring your kids out for a little while.

Dan, have you asked Chris to add a link to the home page for this auction? Placing it above the conference link would be awesome.

Got a few bids for items in the auction. Keep em coming. I will accept bids from those who cannot make it to MD until October 5th.

Still lot's of raffle tickets up for grabs. The Ray Lewis autogrpahed pic will be joined by ate least two more items shortly. With three winners, there are better chances for everyone entering.
