Hey Paul,
Congrats on the 805. I’m sure you know however your 805 has diminished by 25-35 points as a result of the new Maxima purchase.
It’s also going to change after someone gets wind of that score and takes it and you to the cleaners with all the personal information that’s available about you on this site and or the internet.

Good Point…lol…I think it was 105…lol…too late for damage control…but I have a good attorney…

I got the offer yesterday, and it says it’s from;
“National Association of Certified Home Inspectors Foundation”
???
and I am SUE happy
