I have heard that many of the other association inspectors are holding meetings in realtors offices and stating there are only two organizations here in PA that are allowed to legally perform inspections. What should we do?

Don't worry. Our fearless Attorney Joe Ferry is suing all the PHIC board members for saying only members of PHIC are any good. It already shut them up. We're going to probably settle with them in return for PHIC. I'll give PHIC to you and you can use it to promote NACHI.
