Everyone,

this is very important that you understand that Michael Napadow is now contacting people under the following guise:

using the name Michael Holland

Customer Service Representative

Hartford Casualty Insurance Company

this we all know and have known for the last month or so…

the latest ruse, he is using the following verbiage in the e-mail he is sending out:
"your insurance policy has been cancelled for non-payment. Payment was due on or about 4/7/2004. The grace period has expired. If you mailed in your payment and we did not receive it, please inform us immediately.
Thank you,
Customer Service Representative
Hartford Casualty Insurance Company
Michael Holland

This e-mail was sent to one of our FREA clients who does have legitimate coverage with Hartford for their GL policy.

Needless to say he freaked and rightfully so. He called us and we have determined his policy is still in effect with Hartford.

The conversation between our client and with Michael Holland went something along the lines of this: your policy has been cancelled and you can also sign for E&O as well if you would like if you send your payment to the following...

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is still operating out there in the Virgin Islands and trying hard to take your money. Regardless if you are insured with us, let everyone know of this latest scam.

Sincerely,
Chris Butler

I still don’t understand why this idiot scam artist isn’t locked up! It can’t be that hard to locate him.

He is in the islands. The feds have a hard time catching people here, but on an island? I can say, that in talking to the postal inspector in charge he is serious about catching him, but has to jump through hoops to do it. Hopefully they get him soon.
