I am currently working as a Real Estate Agent with a client who will be moving to Central Florida and is looking to build a home with a large footprint builder. As I am involved with the Real Estate transaction and do not wish to wear both hats, I am looking to research a possible NACHI HI for all necessary project inspections and reports to myself and the owner who will be in California. The owner will be expecting both quality and progress reports prior to releasing draws from the bank to the builder. If you have at least 5 years verifiable experience with this type of inspection process then I would like to talk to you.
Specific location will be somewhere South of Winter Garden and State Road 50 - probably off CR535 and North of Disney. Exact location will be determined within 30 - 45 days.
