To Become Licensed:
To become a licensed home inspector in Indiana, the state requires an individual to complete:
- a state-approved training course with final exam;
- 12 hours of practical in-field training;
- the state exam; and
- the IPLA application.
- IPLA may have other requirements regarding insurance, fees and more.
