Not a big fan of this particular logo or the name.
Definitely feminine. It would make for a cool scratch and sniff sticker though. I think the inspector and the design team just might be on to something here.

I’d go with a lavender scent.

Simple, clear, and tasteful.

Where someone works will always be factored into how a logo looks. A well-made logo is designed for the people you want to hire you (which is more of a broad audience than just this message board). A home inspector is selling a different product than a thrash metal band, an action movie, or blood-soaked motorcycles festooned with rusting razor wire. I frequently advocate for making home inspection logos look more friendly and approachable (what this looks like can also shift based on the population you serve). Women buy homes and hire home inspectors. That should factor into the way that you design your logo, arrange your marketing, and write your copy. We help with all of those things.

Dude… Go away. I had an opinion too… about yours. And I’m 52 years old and have been inspecting for like 13 years. So, you can please stop now, thanks. Smh (shaking my head) offended you? Neat.

Very nice Logo, Levi.

Interesting and not wrong.

Here is a bit of old school of hard knocks and marketing I learned in the restaurant biz years ago.

Women will be attracted to and enter a masculine themed restaurant. Men widely reject feminine theme restaurants.

So yes, consider the taste or tendencies of the market you are trying to attract.

I built masculine themed restaurants for greater market share. How does that apply to home inspector logos? Not sure.
