This is another example of two approaches to the same logo design. When the name of a company doesn’t have a set visual image sometimes you can use an abstract design to reflect the word. In this case, the U letterform takes two separate strands and joins them to reflect the word union and the wordmark logo uses the same idea by connecting the letters in the word. I wouldn’t buy a home without an inspection, so why try to set up a design all on your own without professional support?
