NACHI?s newest addition to staff is Christine Fischer, originally from Philadelphia, PA. Her area of expertise is in Real Estate marketing, having worked Remax Action Realty located in Horsham, PA for four years prior to moving to Colorado to join NACHI. Her main focus was marketing existing homes for sale, as well as new construction including multi-home developments. In marketing to the public and potential buyers, importance was placed on highlighting the homes quality construction and interior stability. A complete inspection of the interior and exterior of the property was made prior to the design of brochures, mailings, website listings and newspaper ads.
Chris? background also includes almost twenty years of service for credit unions, beginning with customer service as a teller and working her way up to management level, assisting the Treasurer in all aspects of credit union operations while upholding the standards and philosophy of the credit union movement; that being, it is not for profit, but as a service to its members. She also served on the Board of Directors and continues to consult with them on marketing, accounting and member issues.
Chris? immediate duties at NACHI will involve helping form NACHICredit, NACHI?s upcoming credit union and then she will turn to marketing NACHI?s membership to the real estate community.
Welcome Chris.
