I inspected a new construction recently. Electrical looked fine overall, with one issue. The bus bars were nicked at the bend shown in the pictures below. I’m concerned that the tabs may break off over time or lead to localized hot spots. Usually the bus bars are not fully visible as the breakers hide them and even in the visible ones I don’t recall seeing nicks this big. Any one else see this before?
