No Excuse For Ground-Level Roof Inspections --Barry Stone

I will no longer be climbing ladders to inspect any roof, period.

I regretfully learned my lesson.

My binoculars will now be my only method of roof inspections, along with noting in my report "how the roof was inspected and what portion of the roof surface could not be inspected/viewed".

David; Hope to see that you get better.

Did you fall off the ladder or the roof?

In any case, I hope you recover, and I am glad that you did not have anymore serious injury.

Binoculars work for me. We do not have to be up there to warranty or guarantee anything to begin with, so if something don't look right or you have suspicions, recommend a roofing contractor.
Stay off the roof for awhile.

Only way to go , but wait $2500 a month
$800 a week
$250 a day

$250 a day plus $400 delivery charge and $350 for the Inspection. = $1000
Add for landscape repair $2000. Total Inspection cost would be about
$3000.

Good luck

I think that a little common sense would be appropriate for this matter.
