Where you able to see or note a NEMA or IP rating on the panel? From what I understand, the label will be located inside the electrical enclosure. Often near the door or on one of the enclosure’s sides. Maybe Robert M can shed some light on the matter.
In my opinion, the exterior wood cabinet for the meter, electrical panel enclosure, and for cables, does not appear fully environmental nor weatherproof. That would be a referral to replace or update.
I use a similar disclosure. I suggest one more phrase.
"Conditions can change in an instant due to unforeseeable events and actions from all kinds of sources. The conditions reported here are only accurate for the observations made at the time of the inspection.”
The meter/panel is recessed into the home. This is an access door that needs improvement to keep the critters out and reduce water intrusion. I would not even mention the electrical unless you are concerned with the clear workspace.
I agree, but that panel appears to be an exterior panel, and the exposed wires should be in conduit anyways to prevent rodents from getting to them, that, and they don’t appear to be UV rated.
By the looks of the bottom of that cabinet it appears that it’s not “sealed” to keep debris out, therefore it wouldn’t keep out mice or other rodents.
