I made the mistake of donating to someone and now I’m on every mail/text list in the country.
Learned my lesson and will not donate to anybody/cause unless I can do it completely anonymously.

I like Larry, but I like several others better and frankly, if a wannabe can’t generate enough organic support to get on stage, then he/she doesn’t belong to be there. And I had a similar experience that James had, so it has to be a compelling candidate or issue (with some chance of winning) before I will pay the cost in harassment for the price of a donation.

Not sure if Larry made the cut…
Currently registered as an Independent, but considering switching and voting for Christy if it appears he has a chance. We will know a lot more after Wednesday’s debate but one thing for sure is DeSantis is currently running 3rd behind a known rapist and a guy with a name most Americans can’t pronounce… So, Chris Christy just might have a chance at the nomination.
I don’t see Larry on the most recent list.
But not enough is the point. The criteria wasn’t how much money you raised, but how many unique donors you had, and Larry apparently couldn’t get that minimum even though he has been running for a long time and has name recognition. And now he’ll wail and moan about it, but it is his own fault for being a mediocre campaigner.

I get your point. I think I was talking past you, sorry. In the end I think he was shy 2,000 donors or something like that. NACHI could (not necessarily should or shouldn’t) have got him across the threshold and this was one way to get that done.
But he pretty good at selling Relief Factor 
Depending how hurricane relief efforts go DeSantis has an opportunity to move up against his rivals in the next week or so due to some national coverage, but it’s anyone’s guess who can go head-to-head with Trump for the nomination at this stage. I won’t vote for a guy whose name I can’t pronounce, or a woman republican which leaves… Christy?
